dirtyxygirl: Similarly, your body image issues are not the same thing as gender dysphoria.  Being a woman with a beard, a body covered in hair, male-pattern baldness, and a bloodstream full of testosterone is not remotely the fucking same as being insecure about your fat thighs.  Empathy is good.  Drawing false equivalences is not.
